The high moldability of our various technical foams, with their different treatments, insulates, securely fixes, and cushions your product. We make multiple molds from different materials to adapt the product. Here are the types of mold materials:
- Closed-cell high-density polyethylene: It is possibly the most popular foam in the world. Two types are commonly distinguished: low-density and high-density, which is the one we will describe. It is used for impact cushioning, vibration damping, loose filling, and to prevent breakage. Its most common use is cushioning products in packaging applications. Its use in packaging has increased due to its low cost, flexibility, durability, its ability to withstand the sterilization process, and its resistance to many chemicals.
- Open-cell high-density polyethylene: Being an excellent material of thermal conductivity, water absorption and tightness, water vapor permeability or resistance to compression.
- Polyethylene with EVA load (Rubbery): It offers good mechanical strength and a wide range of densities and colors to meet the needs of different market applications. It offers a wide range of processing possibilities: into die-cut parts, milled parts, strips, plates, coatings, and more.
