OTAYCO INDUSTRIAL SL's Management has defined a Quality Policy, which outlines the guidelines for compliance with requirements and customer satisfaction. OTAYCO INDUSTRIAL SL's Quality Policy is defined in the following basic points:

 

Expressing our interest in customer satisfaction, continuous organizational improvement, and compliance with customer, legal, and regulatory requirements, as well as those necessary for the intended or specified use, OTAYCO INDUSTRIAL SL defines its quality policy as follows:

Provide quality services with constant improvement to meet business demands and remain competitive within the sector to achieve full customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable quality regulations and any additional requirements that our center voluntarily subscribes to.
  • Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and the level of satisfaction provided to our customers through clearly defined and controlled processes. To achieve this, the needs and requirements of the system must be known at all times and the center must be equipped with tools for monitoring, measuring, and analyzing processes.
  • Our goals are based on increasing business satisfaction and ensuring that customers have no complaints or claims. We aim to meet the expectations they have for our services.
  • Define annually the objectives and goals necessary to ensure compliance with the commitments established in this policy and those requested by our stakeholders.
  • Provide essential resources for the implementation and control of the Quality System, as well as for the improvement of its processes.
  • Quality will always be a subject of continuous improvement. Difficulties will be leveraged to learn, and every effort will be made to identify the causes that led to them so that they are not repeated.
  • Management requests the collaboration and commitment of all company personnel to embrace this Quality Policy, each taking responsibility for the quality of their work and compliance with its provisions.
  • Raising awareness and adapting to climate change through employee and stakeholder engagement, developing awareness-raising, training, and sensitization initiatives.

 

Consideration of sustainability criteria in all business activities, with the aim of minimizing their impact on the environment and promoting the rational use of resources at all times.

  • Strictly comply with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the aeronautical sector, with special attention to product safety and quality.
  • Maintain a culture of operational safety in all areas, with special attention to critical processes.
  • Manage the traceability of each component and part throughout its life cycle to ensure compliance and safety at every stage of the process.
  • Implement ongoing training programs to ensure our team is fully trained in the latest industry regulations and technological advancements.
